This year was full of progress and connection, and we couldn’t have done it without our amazing team, supportive homeowners, and wonderful guests. Teamwork That Makes a Difference

Our team was the driving force behind so many of our successes this year. One of our proudest achievements was merging our Front Desk and Sales teams into the unified Guest Engagement Team. This new structure has created a more seamless and personal experience for our guests.

We also introduced new tools like Akia, a text-based communication platform, along with digital guidebooks and AI-assisted responses. These updates have made it easier for guests to connect with us and enjoy their stays without a hitch.

Big Wins in the Community

Being named one of Outside’s Best Places to Work was a major highlight of 2024. This recognition reflects our commitment to building a strong, year-round team that feels supported and valued.

We’re also proud to give back to the Breckenridge community by partnering with local service providers, from cleaners to electricians. These collaborations ensure every home we manage receives top-tier care while also supporting the local economy.

New Tech, Better Stays

This year, we focused on enhancing both guest convenience and property protection. We introduced programmable thermostats and leak detection devices, adding extra layers of security and efficiency. Guests also love the addition of QR codes in each home, offering quick access to property details and WiFi information. These updates make stays smoother while streamlining our operations behind the scenes.

What’s Next for 2025

We’re excited about what’s ahead! In 2025, we’ll roll out a new Property Management System that will integrate our tools, improve transparency for homeowners, and streamline operations. We’re also expanding our HomeCare services to bring the same high level of attention to properties outside our rental program.

Most importantly, we’ll continue to invest in our team, whose dedication makes everything we do possible. With their expertise and passion, we’re ready to take on another great year.
