Short-term rental eligibility in Breckenridge is property-specific. The Town licenses rentals through four zones, each with its own availability: some remain open, others are capped with waitlists.

Annual fees are bedroom-based; lodging taxes total 12.275%
A responsible agent must be reachable 24/7, with a 60-minute response
