Every Frisco home rented for under 30 nights needs a Town license, and Frisco caps licenses at 900 townwide, a limit reached in 2023. New owners typically register for the waitlist before they can rent.

- Waitlist positions are tied to the named owner and the property address
- Licenses do not transfer when a home sells
- The annual fee is $250; taxes on every booking total 15.725%
- Occupancy is bedroom-based: two per bedroom, plus four
- A 24/7 emergency contact, parking plan, and life-safety affidavit are required
