Forms, typed information and page text are excluded. Optional analytics and marketing cookies also enable our chat service. You can decline and still send an inquiry.

Behavior analytics privacy policy

Behavior data is available only to our authenticated administrators and expires after 30 days. Anonymous sessions end after 30 minutes of inactivity and are not linked to inquiries or used to identify you across visits. Active viewing excludes background tabs and periods idle for 60 seconds. Recordings show only masked layout shapes, never text, images, form fields, security widgets, keystrokes, audio or video. They are limited to the first five minutes and may be incomplete.

Recording uploads begin only after 30 seconds of active viewing, two different pages, or a contact or service-link action. Declining stops collection and clears pending data. Previously transmitted data and third-party cookies cannot always be removed by this browser. Newsletter permission is separate from tracking permission.
